The Chapter has been able to secure the Sparky license plates through the State of Maryland. To purchase the plates, fill out 2 copies of the Application/Certification for Organizational License Plates (if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the link below to download it for free). Please make sure you have completed the entire left side of the form except for the signature of Authorized rep.

Unfortunately, Virginia changed their laws when we had originally tried to meet the requirement of 150 people. It is now 350, but we haven't given up hope yet. Look for future efforts to help us achieve this magical number!
